The Sylvan Hills Bears and Lady Bears both brought home championships from the conference meet on Monday.
The Bears outdistanced the Mills Comets 129-104.5, while the Lady Bears beat the Lady Comets by close to 50 points.
Sylvan Hills finished first in three events in the boys meet, but also had 16 top-five finishes.
Tre West won the High Jump, Clark Thornton won the Discus, while the relay team won the 4x800 race. West also finished second in the 200m Dash and eighth in the 100m Dash.
Chris Owens had a big day for the Bears, finishing second in both the 1600m and 3200m Runs, while adding a fifth in the 800m Run.
The Bears had two in the top five in the 100m Dash with Quincy Flowers finishing second and Keyundra Hardimon taking fifth. Flowers also took fifth in the 200m Dash.
Malik Strong stayed busy, finishing fourth in the Triple Jump, fifth in the High Jump and eighth in the 400m Run. Noah Peters took third in the 1600m Run , fourth in the 3200m and ninth in the 800m.
Carson Sanders had a solid day on the hurdles, taking third in the 110 High Hurdles and fifth in the 300m HH.
The Sylvan Hills relay teams finished second in the 4x100m, just a hair behind Mills, and third in the 4x400m.
The Lady Bears were even more dominant on the track and in the field, with two event wins and 24 top-five finishes.
Many of those points came from Mya Graham, Aljahnay Duncan and Makayla Smith.
Graham won the 400m Dash, took third in the 200m Dash and fourth in the 100m Dash.
Duncan had an even better day, winning the 100m High Hurdles, finishing second in the High Jump, third in the Triple Jump, and fifth in both the 100m Dash and 200m Dash.
Smith finished second in the Triple Jump, fourth in the 800m Run, fifth in the High Jump and sixth in the Long Jump.
Nia Savage had a pair of second place finishes, coming in runner-up in the 100m High Hurdles and the 300m HH. She was also sixth in the 200m Dash.
Ariona Flemons took second in the Discus, fifth in the Triple Jump and 800m Run, plus sixth in the 400m Dash and eighth in the Long Jump.
Pascal Grethlein took third in the 300m HH, fourth in the 100m HH and fourth in the Triple Jump.
