May 17

Parris Harrison, 21, and Ceara Reed, 22, both of North Little Rock were arrested on charges of shoplifting after police were dispatched to the Wal-Mart Super Center on Arkansas 107 in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

May 20

Amanda Gaddy, 38, of North Little Rock was arrested on charges of DWI, DWI refusal, and failure to signal after police responded to the area of East Kiehl Avenue and the EZ Mart, 2200 E. Kiehl, in reference to an intoxicated driver.

Justin Wiley, 32, of North Little Rock, and Scott Manecke, 28, of Sherwood were arrested on charges of public intoxication after police were dispatched to the Phillips 66 gas station on Wildwood Avenue in reference to two intoxicated males in a white Dodge Ram pickup truck sitting on the parking lot.

May 21

Chad Chaffee, 23, of Cabot was arrested on charges of public intoxication and no driver’s license after police were notified about a non-responsive person in a red truck at the Phillips 66 gas station on Wildwood Avenue. Upon arrival, police found a Chevy S-10 pickup with the lights on parked in the west part of the parking lot.

May 22

Michael Arbeene, 33, of Cabot was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance (felony), possession of drug paraphernalia and loitering. The arrest came after police observed his vehicle parked in the parking lot of the Phillips 66 gas station on Wildwood Avenue.

May 23

Matthew Fischer, 20, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of minor in possession of an intoxicating liquor after police were dispatched to the Valero gas station on Brockington Road in reference to an alarm going off. Upon arrival, police made contact with Fischer who was standing next to his car. Fisher said he was there to pick up a friend but his car door alarm system sounded.

J. Lindsey Johnson, 32, of Cabot was arrested on a charge of shoplifting after police were dispatched to Kohl’s Department Store on Landers Road in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

May 26

Aaron Thomas, 24, of Stuttgart was arrested on a charge of public intoxication after police were dispatched to the Valero gas station on Brockington Road in the area of Austin Bay Court in reference to a male who fell out of a red mini Cooper vehicle.
