Arrests

Feb. 9

Jose Ramos, 3, of North Little Rock was arrested on charges of DWI Second, improper turn, careless/prohibited driving, driving left of center, no seat belt, no driver’s license and driving with a suspended license after police saw him turn widely into the far left lane of Warden Road near the Wildwood Shell station.

Feb. 10

Juan Martinez, 34, of North Little Rock was arrested on charges of DWI, no driver’s license, no headlights, no insurance and careless driving. During the same incident, Jose Vasquez, 26, and Jose Santillan, 44, both of North Little Rock were arrested on charges of public intoxication. The arrests came after police observed the vehicle they were driving have no headlights on while operating on Warden Road at its intersection with Wildwood Avenue.

Jerry Keane, 47, of North Little Rock was arrested on a charge of false evidence of registration after police were trying to locating someone driving a white van near the Kum &Go on Keihl Avenue who had been at the scene of an accident.

Edregina Barnes, 47, of Sherwood was arrested on a charge of public intoxication after police noticed a vehicle parked diagonally at Pickthorn Park in Sherwood.

Feb. 11

Lisa Burns, 40, of North Little Rock was arrested on two counts of possession of instruments of crime after police determined she had two felony warrants issued for her arrest.

Incidents

Brian Campbell of Sherwood told police he arrived at 3:45 a.m. to pick up his truck at Kohl’s Department Store and it appeared as if someone had tampered with his vehicle by stuffing a rag into the gas tank and attempted to light a fire. When police arrived, they reported they saw a blue-colored burnt rag in the passenger side gas tank and an unknown fluid on the ground under the truck.

Thefts

Feb. 10

The Kum & Go, 3400 E. Keihl Ave.., reported that an unknown man drove off from Pump 8 without paying for $56 worth of gasoline he pumped into his SUV.

Feb. 11

The Kum & Go, 3400 E. Keihl Ave.., reported that an unknown female drove off without paying for $30 worth of gasoline he pumped into his SUV.
