Dec. 12

Robert T. Turner, 52, of Sherwood was arrested on charges of DWI drugs and careless/prohibited driving after police observed a vehicle run onto the curb and sidewalk on East Kiehl Avenue at the Mason Street intersection.

Dec. 13

John Smithson, 45, of Sherwood was arrested on charges of DWI, refusal to submit to a field sobriety test, no seat belt, no insurance and driving with a license suspended for DWI after police noticed he wasn’t wearing his seat belt as he was driving at the intersection of Wildwood Avenue and Country Club Road.

Dec. 15

Deketric Harper, 39, of Little Rock was arrested on charges of DWI and disorderly conduct after police were dispatched to 1409 Country Club Road in reference to a man in the driveway in a Dodge Charger yelling and scaring a resident.

Marty Turner, 36, of Conway was arrested on charges of DWI and refusal to submit to a field sobriety test; and was cited for driving left of center, improper lane change and failure to use a turn signal after his vehicle swiftly made a lane change without signaling at the intersection of Warden Road and Brookswood Drive.

Jose deJesus Valditlez, 40, of Sherwood was arrested on charges of public intoxication, reckless driving and no driver’s license after police responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Wildwood Avenue and Landers Road.

Dec. 16

Carlton Biggers, 23, of Sherwood was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after police were dispatched to 6009 Trammel Estates in reference to alarms activating.

David Calvario-Palacio, 31, of Sherwood was arrested on charges of DWI Second Offense, refusal to submit to a field sobriety test, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He also was cited for no license plate light, careless/prohibited driving, no seat belt, driver’s license suspended and no proof of insurance.

Incidents

Dec. 14

James Miller and Jack Ison, neighbors who live on Gibson Road, told police someone damaged their $50 mailboxes which were on posts in the ground.
