Elizabeth Crowder of North Little Rock said she was driving northbound on Arkansas 107 in the inside lane behind the Tahoe driven by Alva Green of Sherwood. Crowder said the Tahoe stopped and she applied her brakes but the weight of the horse trailer and the wet roads resulted in her being unable to stop and colliding with Green’s vehicle, resulting in $800 of damage to both vehicles. Crowder was found at fault for the accident for driving too fast for conditions.
