Michael Naylor of Sherwood said sometime between 3-10 a.m. on Saturday, May 25, someone damaged his 2012 Dodge Ram truck while it was parked in his driveway at 8208 Tall Oaks Cove. Damage totaled $800 which consisted of a dent and scratch on the left side of the rear bumper and driver’s side quarter panel.

Darren Owen of Conway said he was traveling southbound in the inside lane of Arkansas 107 about 200 feet north of Kiehl Avenue when a blue Honda, driven by LaTonya Farmer of North Little Rock, moved into the left turn lane. Farmer said as she passed the Owen vehicle his vehicle struck the right side of her vehicle. Owen was found to be at fault in the accident but he was not issued a citation.

George Lavole of Carlisle said he was backing his Ford F-5D when a Chevy S-14 operated by Tyler Marteny of Sherwood tried driving into the driveway at 207 Oakhill Place. Lavole said he tried stopping but struck the front bumper of Marteny’s vehicle. Both vehicle sustained $100 of damage. Police were unable to determine who was at fault in the accident.

Police were dispatched to the intersection of North Hills Boulevard and Country Club Road in reference a motor vehicle accident.Upon arrival, police made contact with Joshua Hill of North Little Rock and Jenny O’Bannon of Sherwood. O’Bannon said she was traveling southbound on North Hills when the traffic light changed to red. She stopped her vehicle and the front of Hill’s vehicle bumped into the rear of her vehicle. Ellis was found to be at fault due to following too close. Ellis’2005 Kia sustained $500 of damage while O’Bannon’s 2010 Mazda had $600 of damage.
