Sherwood begins “Buy a Brick” campaign to raise funds for Roundtop Filling Station

The city of Sherwood is trying to save one of the city’s most famous landmarks: The Roundtop.

For a donation of $100 or more, anyone can purchase a 4X8 brick which can be etched and displayed at the historical 1936 Roundtop Filling Station.

The purchaser can have the brick etched with their name, business’ name, or an honoree’s name. Etchings may include up to three lines of text, 16 characters per line including spaces and punctuation.

Send the tax deductible donations to: Roundtop Buy-A-Brick Campaign, c/o Sherwood City Clerk’s Office, P.O. Box 6256, Sherwood, AR 72124.

Please make the check payable to the City of Sherwood and write “Roundtop Brick” in the check memo line. In addition, please include a note with the information you would like etched on your brick. For more information, contact the mayor’s office at 501-835-6620 or email Darrell Brown at DWBrown@CityofSherwood.net.
