Sherwood’s Ferrantelle named director of LR real estate school

After two decades of helping hundreds of home buyers and sellers with all of their real estate needs, Broker Melanie Ferrantelle has another great achievement to add to her list of career successes.

Ferrantelle has been appointed as the new director of the Success Real Estate School in Little Rock.

“After being a sales associate for over 20 years and as an experienced real estate manager, I look forward to helping train many more Realtors to have successful careers,” said Ferrantelle. “I also look forward to helping many more clients have happy home buying and selling experiences in the Little Rock area.”

She is a licensed Realtor in Arkansas assisting clients in and around Pulaski, Saline, Lonoke, Faulkner and White counties and where she lives in Sherwood. Ferrantelle specializes in residential real estate sales, investment properties and commercial real estate. She is a member of the Little Rock Realtors Association and the National Association of Realtors. Melanie holds professional real estate designations as a certified Broker and a Graduate Realtor Institute.

Success Real Estate School provides classes for people to become licensed real estate agents and the school also offers continuing education classes for Realtors to maintain and enhance their knowledge of the current market. The school has extensive experience in training Realtors since it first opened in Memphis in 1992 and then expanded into Nashville and Arkansas.

“Offering a variety of course formats, Success Real Estate School makes it easy for students to fit classes into their schedules by taking courses online, at home, or in a classroom setting,” she said. “All of our instructors are experienced Realtors with successful careers and they’re certified by the state to train and teach real estate.”

Ferrantelle adds, “The school is always excited to help new agents jump start their real estate career and our instructors are also passionate about helping any Realtor enhance their education in order to better serve their clients.”
