Snyder proclaims Sherwood’s Ward as king of its snacks

Justin Ward of Sherwood was chosen recently as the grand prize winner of the Snyder SnackShots Contest, that was held to honor the 65th Anniversary of Snyder of Berlin line of chips and other snacks. Fans were asked to submit a photo of themselves enjoying the snacks and Justin’s photo was chosen as the top winner.

Snyder of Berlin, Pa., the company that produces a line of snacks including chips, cheese snacks, popcorn, celebrated its 65th year by hosting the “Snyder SnackShots Photo Contest.”

Snack lovers were asked to submit a photo of themselves, alone, or with family and friends, showing how they enjoy snacks from Snyder of Berlin brands.

The grand prize winner was Justin Ward of Sherwood who received $1,000 in cash, a new camera valued at $150 and a year’s supply of Snyder of Berlin snacks.

The Three Runner’s-Up are Michael Harpe of Huntsville, Ala.; Jonathan Sam of New York, N.Y.; and Sherri Richardson of Rockwood, Pa. They each receive $500 cash and a year’s supply of Snyder of Berlin snacks.

“The photos submitted for the Snyder Snackshots Contest was a great way to honor our 65th anniversary,” says Tim Dunning, Director of Sales at Snyder of Berlin. “This contest allowed our consumers to show off their creativity while expressing their love for Snyder’s products.”
