The North Little Rock Wildcats boys track team made a trip to Fort Smith and came away with second place in the McDonald’s Relays at Fort Smith Southside.
Bentonville won the boys meet with 96 points. North Little Rock finished with 82 points.
Anthony Louden and Kavin Alexander showed off their speed in the 100 and 200m races. Louden finished third in both the 100m and 200m dash. Alexander won the 200m dash and took fourth in the 100m.
Ed’Zemien Lyons also had a big meet for the Charging Wildcats. Lyons was second in the 110m hurdles, fourth in the 300m hurdles and fourth in the high jump.
Clayton Smith finished third in the pole vault and seventh in the 110m hurdles. Deion Tidwell also finished in the top ten in multiple events, taking third in the discus and sixth in the shot put.
Kaleb Jones finished fifth in the 800m run, while Tariq Spring was seventh in the 400m dash. Victor Anderson was sixth in the triple jump, and Andre Merriman was eighth in the discus.
The North Little Rock relay teams finished second in both the 4x100 and 4x400m races. The team was seventh in the 4x800 race.
