Hoskins leads the way for Waves

Lakewood played host to Cabot and Lonoke over the weekend and the Waves came away with second in the meet, behind the massive Cabot Piranha team.

Caleb Hoskins led the way for the Waves with three firsts in the boys 11-12 division, winning the gold freestyle, silver butterfly and bronze breaststroke.

Three other swimmers won multiple races, including Peyton Price winning the gold free and backstroke in the boys 9-10 age group. Sydney Plaquet won the silver free and back for the 9-10 girls, while Justice Austin won the silver free and bronze fly for the 13-14 girls.

For the 13-14 boys, Luke King won the silver free, while James Bowling won the bronze free. In the girls 13-14, Sydney Scott finished first in the bronze back.

Sarah Marlin won the silver IM for the 11-12 girls, while Aurora King won the silver back.

Kolton Jones won the silver free in the boys 11-12 divison, while in the boys 9-10, Mikey Milligan also won the silver free.

Caroline Richmond won the bronze free in the girls 9-10 division. Harrison Richmond won the bronze breast for the 7-8 year-old boys to cap off the Lakewood first place finishes.
