Wilsia Scott

Wilsia Jean Scott, 72, of Sherwood died Monday, May 6, 2013. She was born in Heber Springs, to Woodrow Wilson Gregory and Idealia Wallace Gregory Moreland.

She was a member of Levy Baptist Church, Eastern Star and Bendemeer Grotto. She worked for Archer Drug Company prior going to work for the Arkansas Masonic Grand Lodge and retired after several years.

She was preceded in death by her father; her husband of 44 years, William “Scotty” Scott.

Survivors include children, Billy Scott and wife Sandra of Sherwood and Lisa Dawn Paradis and husband Bobby of Mayflower; mother, Dale Gregory Moreland of Heber Springs; grandchildren, Matt Scott and wife Carrie, Jessica Scott, Jonathon Paradis and Samantha Paradis; and a host of other family and friends.

A funeral service will be 10 a.m., Thursday, May 9 at Roller-Owens Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Steven Tiner officiating. Burial will follow at Rest Hills Memorial Park. The family received friends Wednesday, May 8 at the funeral home.
