Ruth Wooley

Ruth Dye Wooley, 93, of Sherwood died Tuesday, March 26, 2013. She served in the United States Marine Corp during World War II. She then completed Nursing School and was a Nurse until her retirement. She formerly owned Cottage Flowers and Gifts.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Hobert Wooley; and six siblings.

Survivors include daughters, Sherry Wooley Davis and Carol Stephens and husband Ron both of Sherwood; grandchildren, Duane Milton, Carol Townsend and Nikki Stephens; six great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; sister, Wanda Berry and husband George of Cabot; and a host of nieces, nephews and many friends.

A funeral services was held Friday, March 29 at North Little Rock Funeral Home, a Smith Family Funeral Home. Burial was in Cato Cemetery.
