Ruth Roulston

Ruth E. “Mamaw” Roulston, 93, of North Little Rock died Thursday, April 11, 2013. She was born May 21, 1919.

She grew up and attended school in Scott. After marrying, she and her husband owned and operated a grocery store. She later worked and retired from Westinghouse Corp. She was a long standing member of Calvary Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Roulston; parents, Owen C. Glass Sr and Leona Tittle-Glass; brothers, Ernest C. Glass and Owen C. Glass Jr; and sister, Eunice Glass-James.

Survivors include son, Leonard Dale Roulston and wife Trina of Scott; grandsons, Tracy Roulston and wife Margaret and Richard Roulston and wife Cristi both of North Little Rock; five great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.

A funeral was held April 15 at Calvary Baptist Church 5025 Lynch Drive in North Little Rock. Burial was in Arkansas Memorial Gardens near Jacksonville. Bro. Heath Clowers and Bro. Ken Bunch officiated.

The family requests memorials be made to Calvary Baptist Church in North Little Rock.
