Marilyn Hastings

Marilyn Finn Hastings, 88, of North Little Rock, died Tuesday, March 12, 2013. She was born in New York City, NY to Harry F. and Mary Josephine Rydholm Finn.

She was a nurse serving in the Air Force during the Korean War, a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic church, was a Retired Registered Nurse with many years of service at the VA Hospital and Baptist Medical Center.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, William E. Hastings.

Survivors include her children, William and Richard Hastings of North Little Rock, Nancy Marks of Little Rock, Mary Hastings of Kansas City, Kan., and Laura Hastings of Chattanooga, Tenn; grandchildren, Matthew and Mary Margaret Marks, Daniel and Courtney Marks, Matt and Laura Kahle, Christine Marks, Phillip Marks, Lillian Hastings and Elizabeth Hasting; great-grandchildren, William and Charlie Marks and Conley Marks; and a host of other family and friends.

A Mass of Christian burial was held Friday, March 15, 2013 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, in North Little Rock. Burial was in Rest Hills Memorial Park.

The family requests memorial contributions be made to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
