Bob Richards

Robert Q. “Bob” Richards, 82, of North Little Rock died Sunday, June 2, 2013. He was born to John F. and Lillian E. Richards.

He was an Army Veteran. He served during the Korean Conflict. He was employed at Dubuque Packing Company, Dubuque, Iowa and Great Plains Bag in Des Moines and Jacksonville.

He retired form Coating and Laminating Specialties “Bancroft”, Monroe, La.

He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, also Knights of Columbus Council No. 6253, American Legion Post No. 1000, the Rhubarb Club, and the VFW.

Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Mary Canice (Grace); children, Steve Richards of Texarkana, Phil Richards and wife Dayna of Fort Smith and Jan de Regnier of Des Moines, Iowa; grandchildren, Tyler and wife Julie and Cole; brother, Jack Richards and wife Rita of Iowa Falls, Iowa; aunt, Phyllis Jongeling of South Dakota; several uncles and a host of other family and friends.

A mass of christian burial at 10 a.m., today at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 7000 John F. Kennedy Blvd. North Little Rock, AR 72116. Interment will follow at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery.
