Allen Shuster

Allen Shuster, 82, of North Little Rock died Tuesday, April 2, 2013. He was born on August 12, 1930, in the Bronx, N.Y., to Herman and Lillian Shusterwitz.

He was a veteran of the United States Air Force, serving six years, and worked in the printing and insurance industries.

Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Annie Lea Karn Shuster; sister, Rosalind Rotter; niece, Carol Newman and husband Eric; nephew, Steven Rotter and his daughters, all of Fla.; sister-in-law, Martha Yeager; cousins, Judy, Dan and Mark Danielowicz all of North Little Rock, Andrea, Jerry, Tori and Cory Moses all of Sherwood, T.J. Wheeler of Pennsylvania, Jeanette, Kenny and Brittany Cox of California, Joyce and Franklin Griffin, and Wesley and Misty Griffin and their children all of Jacksonville.

A funeral was held Friday, April 5 at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, with Father Carey Stone officiating. Burial was in Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery.

The family requests donations be made to St. Luke’s Episcopal Church.
