Survivors include his wife Sara; sons, Will and Ben; daughter-in-law, Drew; sister, Sall; nieces, Amy and Claire, and numerous friends and extended family.

The Mass of Christian burial was held Monday, March 11 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Burial was in Roselawn Memorial Park.

The family requests donations be made in Al’s name to either UAMS Family Home, 4300 W. Markham St., Little Rock, Arkansas 72005, or to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church Music Ministry, 7000 J.F.K. Blvd., North Little Rock, Arkansas 72116.
