Albina Strozyk

Albina A. Strozyk, 93, of Marche, died Friday, July 12, 2013. She was born in Marche, on Feb. 11, 1920 to Ben and Mary Bargiel. She was a life-long member of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Marche and a member of the Rosary Sodality and Alter Society.

She was the housekeeper for many years at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church and School.

Survivors include daughters, Hattie Wilk of Maumelle, Rose Parker of North Little Rock, and Marie Allison and husband Don of Little Rock; brother, Floyd Bargiel of North Little Rock; sister, Mary Brumley of North Little Rock; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Felix Strozyk; parents; son, Richard Strozyk; brothers, Walter, Ted, Felix, Alois and Adam Bargiel; and sisters, Bernadine and Anna Bargiel.

Mass of Christian burial was held Tuesday, July 16 at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church and officiating by Rev. Thomas J. Hart and Deacon Brunon Strozyk. Burial was in Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Cemetery.

The family requests memorials be made to the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church or School, 7006 Jasna Gora Drive, North Little Rock AR, 72118.
