Burglaries

Bobby Brown, 4900 Haywood Drive, told police flooring was damaged at his house when someone tried to break into his home. Nothing was reported damaged.

Shariah Shonte McKinney, 1909 Highway 161, reported someone stole her $5 purse. Nothing else was reported missing.

Robert Stacil, 5215 S. Woodland St., said someone stole his briefcase valued at $40. Inside his briefcase were three sets of keys, $50 set of eyeglasses and Social Security paperwork worth $10.

Brittany Singletown, 209 W. J Ave., said someone stole a brown box which had $325 in cash along with a $200 Amazon kindle. Entry was gained when someone caused $100 of damage to her door.

Dennis Jones reported that while at Fletcher Auto Group, 24 Sugarcreek Drive, he was the victim of a car theft where a $20,000 Dodge 1500 was taken. He also had a personal credit card taken and $4,00 worth of carpentry tools. Fletcher Auto Group had stolen a Ford Super Duty and Jeep Wrangler .

Cindy Ann Sanders, 1 Foxboro Court, told police someone stole her $270 Apple Pad Air. Police reported there were no signs of forced entry.

Rafael Rivera, 5009 N. Walnut St., said someone broke into his home and stole a $100 17-inch flat screen television, $60 RCA digital converter box, a jar containing $100 in change and seven watches valued at $280.

Devonae Nichols, 605 W. Scenic Drive, told police $200 of damage was done when someone broke into his home and upon entry stole $600 in cash.
