Homicide

Feb. 16

At approximately 1:14 a.m., North Little Rock Police officers responded to a shooting at 1104 Vestal St. in North Little Rock. Officers arrived at the location and located a white male victim, later identified as Paul Samaniego, 33, with a gunshot wound to his upper torso area. Samaniego was transported to Baptist Springhill Hospital where he was pronounced deceased. The North Little Rock Investigations Division responded to the scene.

Marcus Foster, 32, roommate to the victim, was transported to the Detective Division for interview. Foster was subsequently arrested and charged with Murder First and Felon in Possession of a firearm.

Aggravated robberies

Feb. 5

Gary Meyers-McQuad, 20, and Daniel Martin, 51, told police someone used a handgun to rob them at 805 W. 19th St. where they had taken a $300 iPhone and a wallet containing a debit card and driver’s license.

Marcus Bonahan, 21, told police someone used a handgun to rob him at 4350 Stockton Drive where he had taken a $150 Letterman’s jacket, $150 pair of tennis shoes and a $30 baseball cap.

Burglaries

Feb. 7

Brittany Momphery, 701 W. 18th St., said someone rob her at 701 W. 18th St. and took her purse which had a $200 cell phone.

Feb. 6

Brian Smith, 209 Mills Drive, reported someone broke into his home and stole a $400 laptop, $200 laptop, $150 drill and charger and a $300 game system.

Pamela Ford, 712 E. 16th St., said $100 of damage was done to the front door when someone broke in and stole a $500 flat screen television.

Feb. 5

Richard Carter, 920 W. Scenic Drive, said $1,000 of damage was done to his car window and door handle when someone broke into his vehicle and stole a $500 speaker and $200 amplifier.

Feb. 4

Ashley Moses, 1507 N. Willow St., said someone broke into her home and stole a $200 22-inch flat screen television and a $1,000 Macbook laptop.

Feb. 1

Christopher Pollard, 4610 Boyer St., said someone broke into his home and stole a $300 Kindle tablet.

Jan. 31

Antoinette Pringle and Ivan Miller, 1104 Graham Road, said someone broke into the home and stole a $100 fake Rolex watch.
