North Little Rock Police Department is asking for assistance from the public in identifying tagging suspect
On Nov. 15, at approximately 5:30 a.m., officers responded to several reports of criminal mischief in the Levy area. The suspect who committed this crime is responsible for tagging the word “Fresh” on vehicles, residential and commercial buildings.
Officers are diligently working leads in the investigation at this time, but we are also asking for the public’s help with identifying the individual who is responsible for this crime.

Police investigating shooting
On Nov. 22, at approximately 8:42 p.m. North Little Rock police officers responded to 2706 Arkansas Ave. in regards to a stabbing. Officers arrived on scene and found a victim, later identified as Quentin Rogers, 23, on the front Porch with an apparent stab wound in the abdominal area. Quentin Rogers was transported by MEMS to UAMS where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased. The North Little Rock Investigations Division responded to the scene. The suspect, Demedrick Rogers, 31,and brother to the victim, had fled the scene prior to officer’s arrival.
Demedrick Rogers turned himself in to the Pulaski County Detention Center at 5 a.m. on Nov. 23. He was interviewed by detectives and subsequently charged with second-degree murder. The victim lives at 2706 Arkansas Ave.
