Aggravated robberies

Sept. 21

Taylor Brown, 18, and Andrew Powers, 21, told police someone used a handgun to rob them at 900 Parker St. where a $15 wallet was stolen along with personal information.

Sept. 23

Matthew Casey, 29, said someone used a handgun to rob him at 1029 Roseclair St. where his $20,000 Dodge Ram truck was stolen and a $150 .25-caliber Phoenix Arms with pearl grips. The vehicle also had a $300 pair of binoculars.

Sept. 24

Jerica Burns, 25, told police someone robbed her at 2715 Railroad St. where she had $20 in money and $120 worth of prescription glasses stolen.

Bertha Jones, 43, said she was robbed at 1701 Pike Ave. where someone stole a bag of potatoes.

Burglaries

Sept. 20

Mainline Cycle, 929 W. 33rd St., said someone caused $300 of damage when a glass door was broken and upon entry someone stole a $900 dirt bike.

Velencia Little, 1809 W. 21st St., said someone broke into her home and stole a $250 Wii game system, $200 gold locket, $100 necklace, $250 flat screen television, $400 Xbox, and $100 Xbox Kinnect.

Sept. 21

Honda World, 4524 MacArther Drive, reported someone broke into the business and stole a $1,400 dirt bike.

Richard and Elcy Duncan, 5020 N. Chandler St., reported someone broke into their home and stole a $500 semi-automatic handgun and $27 worth of perfume.

Sept. 22

Andrea Chadwick, 701 W. 18th St., said $50 of damage was done to a metal door when someone broke in and stole $9 in cash.

Michelle Maxwell, 2015 Franklin St., said someone broke into her home and stole a $250 Playstation 3.

Sept. 26

Wilbert and Henry Coleman, 2510 E. Lincoln Ave., reported someone stole a $350 handgun, some jewelry and a $300 letterman’s jacket.

Hannah Zimmerman, 2320 Franklin St., said $100 of damage was done to the north side house window when someone broke in and stole a $100 Comcast cable box, $300 flat screen television, $1,300 laptop, $30 DVD player, $200 worth of DVDs with a total of 20 being stolen.

Sept. 27

Peter Picard, 4925 School St., said someone broke into his home and stole a $500 pistol and an unknown type of revolver.

Demetrice Honorable, 715 Gardenia St., said someone broke into his home and stole a $500 television.

Sept. 28

Randy Vanhorn, 1109 W. Long 17th St., said someone broke into his home and stole a $300 Sony Playstation 3 and a $250 TV/DVD combo.
