Aggravated robberies

Aug. 2

The Shell Station and Kim Wonil, 23, reported that someone came into the station located at 4800 MacArthur Drive with a handgun where a small amount of money was stolen.

Lew Bland, 34, told police someone using a handgun robbed him at 912 N. F St. where his wallet and $300 Blackberry cell phone were stolen.

Aug. 5

A 15-year-old boy reported that someone robbed him at 5126 Velvet Ridge Drive and stole a $100 pair of Giffen Nike shoes and $100 iPod.

Aug. 8

Ellis Green, 59, told police someone robbed him at 4702 Camp Robinson Road. Nothing was reported as stolen.

Burglaries

Aug. 2

Lisa Dawson, 1315 W. 9th St., said $25 of damage was done to the north-facing window screen when someone broke in and stole a $250 laptop computer.

Timothy Hicks, 300 W. M Ave., said someone broke into his home and stole 20 DVDs worth $400 and three Apple iPads worth $1,750.

Aug. 3

Brittany Singleton, 209 W. J Ave., told police someone broke into his home and stole a $125 video camera.

Shaneka Carrother, 1112 W. 23rd St., told police that someone broke into her home and stole a $150 24-inch flat screen television, $100 DVD player and a $400 window air conditioning unit.

AAA Storage, 3400 Industrial Center, told police a $20 window pane was broken when someone broke in and stole $1,075 in cash.

Aug. 4

Jasmine Brown, 5104 Alpha St., said someone broke into her home and stole two televisions worth $1,800.

Mercedes Walker, 701 W. 18th St., told police someone broke into her home and stole a $100 window air conditioning unit.

Aug. 5

Felica Moseby, 4304 School St., told police $20 of damage was done to her carport window glass when someone broke in and stole two $200 gold rings.

Phillip Elliott, 4711 N. Gum St., told police $150 of damage was done to his door and frame when someone broke in and stole a $200 Wii game and 20 DVDs worth $200.

Flora Sizemore, 705 Water St., told police someone broke into her home and stole a $500 42-inch flat screen television.

Aug. 6

Ernest Lemons Jr., 809 Parker St., said someone broke into his home and stole three $1,500 gold rings and necklaces and a $100 .22-caliber revolver.

Timothy and Logan Joseph, 11123 Paul Eells Drive, told police someone broke into their property and stole $60 in cash and a $300 game system.

William Freeman, 1024 Healy St., said someone broke into his home and stole two $250 flat screen televisions, four firearms worth a total of $1,050, a $400 laptop, and two cameras worth $700.

Aug. 7

Curtis Parker, 901 N. G St., said someone broke into his home and stole a bottle of Tequila and a $300 flat screen television.

Henry Watson, 5014 Velvet Ridge Drive, told police someone broke in and stole a $500 42-inch flat screen television.
