About 4 pounds of cocaine were found on a Greyhound bus Tuesday and two women were arrested in connection with the investigation.

North Little Rock Police and Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office narcotics investigators were acting on a tip from the Texas Department of Public Safety when they searched the bus, which was traveling from Corpus Christi, Texas, to Nashville, Tenn., PCSO spokesman Lt. Carl Minden said in a press release.

Janee Pridemore, 48, of Joelton, Tenn., was arrested on one count of trafficking cocaine and felony possession of drug paraphernalia. Samantha Richards, 27, of Nashville, Tenn., was arrested on one count of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Pridemore is being held on a $52,500 bond at the Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility, Minden said. Richards’ bond is $1,000. Richards was cited and released.
