Treat, Williams re-elected Tuesday

Incumbent Ronnie L. Treat on Tuesday was re-elected to the position of Zone 4 representative to the North Little Rock School Board, defeating challenger Paul Myrick during school board elections held in North Little Rock.

According to election results released late Tuesday night, Treat garnered 103 votes compared to 84 for Myrick, representing a 55-44 percent margin of victory.

Incumbent Dorothy M. Williams ran unopposed in her bid for re-election, receiving six votes, thus returning to the school board for another term.

The Pulaski County Election Commission is expected to meet on Friday to certify the results.
