Beginning with the 2013-14 school year, all currently enrolled high school students and new students to the North Little Rock School District must register each year.
This year, a parent or guardian must register their student on the designated day between Aug. 5-9. Photo identification badges will be made of students that are present the day of registration. The following are the registration dates:
Registration for sophomores, juniors and seniors will be held at NLRHS West Campus on the following dates:
Seniors, Monday, Aug. 5, noon to 7 p.m., juniors and makeup day for seniors, Tuesday, Aug. 6 noon to 7 p.m.; sophomores, Wednesday, Aug. 7, noon to 7 p.m.(makeup for seniors and juniors.)
Registration for Freshman and the “Lets Get Started Party” will be held at the NLRHS Freshman Campus located behind Target (the former Lakewood Middle School) on Thursday, Aug. 8, from noon to 7 p.m. (makeup for seniors, juniors, and sophomores at West Campus).
Makeup for all grades at NLRHS West Campus will be held on Friday, Aug. 9, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Parents may attend a day after their scheduled day, but not earlier. Parents with multiple high school children may register all students in one visit. School Choice and M-M students must register on their designated day. New students to the NLRSD will register between 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Aug. 1 and 2 at NLRHS West Campus.
What you will need to register:
1.Proof of residence (current electric, gas, or water bill or a copy of your mortgage or lease.
2.Social Security Number (Card preferred not required)
3. Birth Certificate
4. Shot record (only new students to the NLRSD)
Why do you have to register?
The purpose of this registration is for the school district to gain current information for the school system.
All families are welcome and the district needs current information to communicate with families.
