The North Little Rock Woman’s Club Annual Carousel Ball will be Saturday, April 6, at the Patrick Henry Hays Senior Citizens Center. The event is the club’s major fund raiser of the year. Proceeds benefit many organizations in North Little Rock including Hays Center Programs, Heritage/Bowker House, Willow House, Campus Towers, provide scholarships, and more.
