NLR man in hospital after Pinnacle Mountain shooting

Arkansas State Police are continuing to investigate the officer-involved shooting on Tuesday at Pinnacle Mountain State Park that involved a North Little Rock man.

Mark Anthony Wyrick, 52, of North Little Rock, who checked himself into a local hospital Tuesday night, has been identified as the suspect who fled the park following the shooting incident, according to a press release from State Police spokesman Bill Sadler.

Wyrick is presently hospitalized and will be taken into custody by State Police upon being released by doctors.

John Nutt, 46, of Little Rock and Martinaze Ingram, (age unavailable at this time) of Little Rock, are being held by State Police.

Upon completion of the investigation, a case file will be submitted to the prosecuting attorney for consideration of any charges.
