NLR Chamber’s annual meeting set for Feb. 18

The North Little Rock Chamber of Commerce’s 29th annual meeting, presented by Mainstream Technologies, will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 18, at Verizon Arena in North Little Rock. A cocktail reception begins at 5:15 p.m. followed by dinner and program at 6:45 p.m. Doors open at 5 p.m. The program will feature keynote speaker Governor Mike Beebe.

The event will be presented in partnership with Arkansas Federal Credit Union, Caterpillar, OneBanc and Union Pacific. Other partner sponsors include Arvest Bank, AT&T, Camp Robinson / Camp Pike Community Council, Central Arkansas Water and The Hughes Agency. Sponsorship opportunities are still available.

Tables of ten are available for $750 or individual tickets can be purchased for $75 per person. Dress is business attire.

John Burgess (Mainstream Technologies), the Chamber’s 2013 Chairman, will present his administration’s accomplishments of the past year, while Mark Lay (Bank of the Ozarks), the 2014 Chamber Chairman, will look ahead to plans for North Little Rock’s future.

The 2013 Business of the Year award recipient, Union Pacific, and 2013 Non-Profit Partner of the Year award recipient, Habitat for Humanity of Pulaski County, will be recognized.

Also debuting at the event will be the Chamber’s 2014 Community Profile & Membership Directory.
