NAACP’s Brown vs. Board program will be Tuesday

The North Little Rock Branch of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People invites the public to attend the Annual Brown vs. Board of Education Program to be held on Tuesday at 6 p.m. at its headquarters located at the North Little Rock Cultural and Events Center, 1418 Main St., North Little Rock.

This year’s theme is “It’s Our Story … It’s Our Time.” This historical case made a giant impact in American society. The guest speaker will be Sen. Tracy Steele, who is also the Founder of The Stand Foundation in North Little Rock.

The evening will detail Community Dialogue with invited guests that will include North Little Rock School Board Members, North Little Rock elected city officials and various persons throughout the community. For additional information please call the office at 376-1003 or email
