20th Annual Food Showcase Set for today

The North Little Rock Chamber of Commerce’s 20th Annual Taste of the Town, presented by Pulaski Technical College, will be held today from 5-7 p.m. at Dickey-Stephens Park in North Little Rock. Tickets are $15 in advance and can be picked up at the Chamber office or purchased at the door for $20. Tickets are also available to purchase online at http://www.eventbrite.com/event/6292211173.

Taste of the Town gives the business community an opportunity to sample the “Tastes” that our region has to offer. Taste of the Town has become one of the area’s leading business networking events with over 1,200 attendees and more than 35 local restaurants, caterers and drink distributors participating.

Taste of the Town will feature “Tastes” from the following food and beverage vendors:

American Pie Pizza, Argenta Market, Ben E. Keith Foods, Blue Bell Creameries, Blue Coast Burrito, Coca-Cola Bottling Company, Cotham’s Mercantile, Cregeen’s Irish Pub, Doe’s Eat Place, Fox & Hound, Glazer’s, Golden Corral, Golden Eagle of Arkansas, Hooters, Las Palmas, Little Caesars, McAlister’s Deli, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Mugs Café, Newk’s Express Cafe, Panera Bread, Popeyes Louisiana Chicken, Premium Refreshment, Pulaski Technical College Arkansas Culinary School, Santo Coyote, Tropical Smoothie Cafe-NLR, Two Sisters Catering, Tyson Foods, Verizon Arena Catering, Which Wich Superior Sandwiches, Zaffino’s.

Taste of the Town is also sponsored by Alice 107.7, B98.5, Custom XM, Fletcher Auto Group, The Hughes Agency, THV-11, Mass Enthusiasm and the North Little Rock Visitors Bureau.

Proceeds will support the Chamber’s educational programs, such as Arkansas Scholars, Leadership Renaissance, and Vital Link, as well as fund local scholarships in the community.
