Kelli Waters and David Gershner exchanged marriage vows at 6:30 p.m., Saturday, June 16, at Park on the River in Maumelle with Clark Colbert officiating the double-ring ceremony.
The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a chapel-length strapless ball gown of silk taffeta. The gown featured a sweetheart neckline and fitted bodice with a dropped waist with ruching detail. The skirting of the dress featured cascading floral appliqués centered with seed pearls and Swarovski crystals. She also wore a crystal-encrusted head band. She carried a hand-tied bouquet of blue hydrangeas, delphiniums and tweedia, white ranunculus and stephanotis with blue crystals and wrapped with white ribbon and ballet-tied blue ribbon enhanced with pearl pins.
Hannah Bartrow of Galveston, Texas, served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Dani Bench of Conway; Liz Collins of Russellville; Laura Duran of Conway, sister of the groom; Kelli Robinson of Russellville; and Holly Vance of Maumelle. Honorary bridesmaids were Erin and Regan Bickley of Pine Bluff.
Kyle Suttle of Bald Knob, cousin of the groom, served as the best man. Groomsmen were Lynn Duran of Conway, brother-in-law of the groom; Drew Echols of Rogers; Kevin Shipp of Fayetteville; Bryan Tannehill of San Diego, Calif.; and Paul Young of Conway. The ring bearer was Hayden Collins of Russellville.
Guest were seated by Jeff Cathey of Bentonville, Nick Morgan of Bentonville and Kirk Thompson of Fayetteville. Flower girls were Ashlin Suttle of Bald Knob, cousin of the groom; and Dallas Young of Conway. The ring bearer was Hayden Collins of Russellville.
Meredith Maddox Hicks served as violinist for the ceremony.
A reception was held after the ceremony at the Park on the River Music was provided by the band, Lagniappe.
Parents of the bride are Mike and Libby Waters of Pine Bluff. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. D. Noles of Pine Bluff and the late Earnestine Noles and Mr. and Mrs. Delfred Waters of Harrison. She is a kindergarten teacher at Lisa Academy in Sherwood.
Parents of the groom are Steve and Donna Gershner of Maumelle. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Gershner of New Port Richey, Fla., and the late Norma Gershner and the late Lawrence and Dorothy Heien, all formerly of North Little Rock. He is an attorney at the Davidson law firm in Little Rock.
After a honeymoon cruise to the islands of Cozumel, Jamaica and Grand Cayman, the couple will live in Maumelle.
