Anna Kate Beeson and David Miles Cook exchanged wedding vows Sunday, June 3, 2012, at Hilton Gulf Front in Pensacola Beach, Fla., with Ken Davenport officiating.

The bride was given in marriage by her father.

Megan Beeson of Little Rock, sister of the bride, served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Lacey West of Sherwood; Laura Cook of Sherwood, sister of the groom; Sarah Rainwater of Little Rock, cousin of the bride; Samantha and Suzannah Neal, both of Magnolia, cousins of the brides; Brynn McCollom of North Little Rock and Robyn Henderson of Benton.

Grant Beach of Fayetteville served as the best man. Groomsmen were Joshua Cash of Huntsville, Ala., cousin of the groom; Drew Westlake of Sherwood; Tyler Ketcher of Sherwood; Mike Jennings of Fayetteville; Jaison Sterling of Conway; and Alex Carson of Sherwood.

A reception followed at the Emerald Coast room at the Hilton Gulf Front in Pensacola Beach. Music was provided by the Fine Arts Ensemble of Pensacola; John Rainwater of Little Rock, soloist; and Matt Garner.

The bride is the daughter of retired Col. Travis and Gayle Beeson of Sherwood. She is the granddaughter of Doris Beeson Faulkner of Camden and the late Travis N. Beeson, and Delton Gates of Sherwood, formerly of Camden, and the late Doris Gates. She is a 2008 graduate of North Little Rock High School and 2012 graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a degree in social work. She is employed by the Area Agency on Aging in Fayetteville.

The groom is the son of the Rev. Miles and Trela Cook of Sherwood. He is the grandson of Helen Van Hoy of Shreveport, La., and the late Robert Van Hoy and Dr. Bobby and Nancy Cook of Fort Worth, Texas. He is a 2008 graduate of North Little Rock High School and a student at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, where he will gradaute in December with a degree in civil engineering. He is employed as an intern with Garver Engineering in Fayetteville.

After a honeymoon to Martha’s Vineyard, Mass., the couple will live in Fayetteville.
