Sunday, Jan. 5, 2 p.m., Lecture Hall FOCC Conversation Series: “Me, Myself and I”

Back by popular demand, Brad Cushman, exhibition guest curator and UALR gallery director and curator, will be repeating his lecture on Face to Face: Artists’ Self-Portraits from the Collection of Jackye and Curtis Finch, Jr., followed by a gallery talk in the exhibition. FOCC Conversations are sponsored by Coulson Oil Company and Road Runner stores. Admission to the lecture is free.

Wednesday, Jan. 8, 7 p.m., Lower Lobby: Rocktown Slam

Local slam artists will perform during this friendly competition. Sign up at the door to perform, or come and hear the most exciting poets around. The event is free for members, $5 for non-members and $10 for competing poets. Call 541-0681 for more information.
