Adams-Tucker to wed



Mark and Melody Adams of Sherwood announce the engagement of their daughter, Hayley Adams, to Dillan Tucker of Sherwood.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Johnnie Adams of North Little Rock and the late Robert E. Adams and Flodine Blessing of Sherwood and the late Carroll G. Blessing. She is a 2004 graduate of Sylvan Hills High School and 2009 graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a bachelor’s degree in graphic design. She is employed by Healthy Advice Communications as a graphic designer.

The prospective bridegroom is the son of Jim and Sharon Butler of Maumelle and the late Samuel L. Tucker, formerly of England. He is the grandson of Ethel and Ray Wood, formerly of Jefferson Texas, and the late Lorene Tucker and Clyde Tweedle, formerly of Clarendon. He is a 2002 graduate of Oak Grove High School, 2012 graduate of Pulaski Technical College and currently a student at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, seeking a bachelor’s degree in history. He is employed by FedEx as a courier.

The couple will exchange vows at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29, 2012, at Baring Cross Baptist Church in Sherwood with Dr. Marty Watson officiating.
