The Maumelle Marlins scored 331 points to finish second to the Bryant Barracudas at the Bryant pool Saturday morning.
The girls had a slightly better day than the boys, winning 22 firsts compared to 16 for the boy Marlins.
Amaya Boggan (11-12) picked up first place points in four different races for the Marlins. Boggan won the gold freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke, along with a bronze individual medley.
Melia Bugg, Carlie Shelton and Anna Carden all won three races for Maumelle. Bugg won the gold free and back and the bronze IM for the 7-8s. Shelton won the silver free, back and IM for the 11-12s, while Carden won the silver back and breast and the bronze butterfly for the 9-10 division.
The 13-14 age group had several winners, led by Maisy Matthews winning the silver free and IM. Ellie Shelton won the gold IM, while McKenzie Blount won the silver breast and Megan Atwood took the bronze IM.
Samarah Crawford won the 7-8 bronze breast and butterfly, while Ava Dunn won the 6-under gold back and silver free. Jordan Jones won the silver IM.
Spencer Hazen (13-14) had the big day for the boys, winning four races in three different divisons. Hazen won the platinum free and back, the silver IM and the bronze butterfly.
John Ellis Peyton also helped out the 13-14s with gold wins in the free and butterfly. In the 9-10s, Zack Marshall won the gold free and butterfly, while Henry May won the silver free and breast.
In the 7-8 group, Spencer Marshall won the silver free, Carter Davis the silver butterfly and Jerrod Merica the bronze butterfly. Aiden Lively won the gold back and breast for the 11-12s, while 6-under Ethan Harthcock won the silver back.
