Incidents reported to the Maumelle Police Department through July 6:

Arrests

Christopher Whichard, Maumelle, 23, was arrested on June 24. Whichard was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor and not wearing a seat belt. He had been pulled over for a traffic stop. He was cited and released with a court date.

Dustin Moore, North Little Rock, 20, was arrested on June 25. Moore was charged with possession of marijuana, misdemeanor. Police found .9 grams in the vehicle after Moore told them it was there. He also had a warrant out for his arrest in Sherwood. Moore was cited, given a court date and then transported to Sherwood.

Donald Cline, Maumelle, 39, was arrested on June 25. Cline was charged with four felony counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance. Cline had been attempting to obtain drugs at the Medicine Shoppe with a fraudulent doctor’s prescription. Police advised the pharmacy to fill the scripts, and then Cline was stopped as he was leaving the store. He was cited, given a court date and released.

Larry Bradshaw, Santa Cruz, Calif., 53, was arrested on June 30. Bradshaw was charged with possession of marijuana, misdemeanor after a traffic stop near the Holiday Inn Express. Approximately 19 grams of marijuana was found. Bradshaw was cited, given a court date and released.

Amy Seigrist, Cabot, 38, was arrested on July 2. Seigrist was charged with driving with a suspended driver’s license, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors, after a traffic stop near the freeway on-ramp. Seigrist told police about the marijuana in the vehicle. Seigrist was cited, given a court date and released.

William Edwards, Little Rock, 39, was arrested on July 3. Edwards was charged with two counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, both felonies and also driving on a revoked driver’s license. He was also ticketed for running a red light. Edwards was stopped after running the red light on Commerce Drive. Edwards told police he “shoots up” whenever he can. He also had a felony warrant out for his arrest by the North Little Rock Police Department. Edwards was cited, given a court date and released to North Little Rock police officers.

Brandon Steward, North Little Rock, 20, was arrested on July 3. Edwards was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, two counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms, all felonies, and also, failure to appear, and driving on a revoked driver’s license, both misdemeanors. Steward was also charged with two traffic violations after he was pulled over near the Methodist Behavioral Hospital. Steward told police he had marijuana in the vehicle. An unloaded gun was also found in the vehicle. He also had multiple warrants out for his arrest. Steward was transported to the Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility in Little Rock.

Robert Durham, Maumelle, 21, was arrested on July 6. Durham was charged with possession of marijuana, and two counts of drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors. He was also charged with two traffic violations. Durham was stopped after running a red light. He told police he marijuana in the vehicle. Durham also appeared to be intoxicated. Durham was cited, given a court date and released.
