Incidents reported to Maumelle police through Oct. 18:

Arrests

2002 Murphy Drive: On Oct. 5, Dominique Monice Baucum, 25, of Little Rock was arrested on an outstanding warrant alleging criminal contempt of court when she turned herself in.

700 Edgewood Drive: On Oct. 10, Tremel Deshum Hamilton, 24, of Maumelle was arrested and charged with criminal trespass after police responded to the Tobacco Store about a man asking the public for money. After police contacted the man they discovered a trespass warning from Sgt. Dave Collins about him being on the Tobacco Store property. Bail was set at $395.

2002 Murphy Drive: On Oct. 11, Terry Border, 51, of Maumelle was arrested on an outstanding warrant alleging second-degree criminal mischief when she turned herself in.

Club Manor Drive and Odom Boulevard South: On Oct. 12, Stephen Bruce Roberts, 53, of Maumelle was arrested and charged with public intoxication.

100 Millwood Circle: On Oct. 12, Derek Livingston, 19, of Springdale was arrested on an outstanding warrant alleging failure to appear in court after he turned himself in.

110 Commons Drive: On Oct. 16, Leeann Carter, 49, of Rector was arrested and charged with shoplifting and possession of drug paraphernalia after officer Justin Woods said he saw a Ford F-150 pickup leaving the Kroger parking lot at a high rate of speed, cross the fog lane on Maumelle Boulevard. After a traffic stop Woods said Carter was “nervous” and couldn’t find her driver’s license. Police said they found outstanding warrants from Paragould and North Little Rock for her so when they inventoried the car before towing they found several items allegedly stolen from Kroger which included 19 pork loin brisket hams valued at $180, eight syringes and needles, pliers and shoelaces. Woods said he also found a baggie containing an off-white yellow-colored powder that tested positive for methamphetamine.

Maumelle Boulevard and Odom Boulevard North: On Oct. 17, Tyler Christopher Standley, 20, of Maumelle was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct after police responded to a call about a disabled motorist. Cpl. Debra Bagely said she saw the car pull off into the median and stop and a man exited the vehicle approaching her rapidly “demanding a cell phone.” She said he had to be told several times to move out of the roadway and to remove his hands from his pockets. Bagely said she found a broken windshield wiper blade in the roadway Standley said he broke because he was angry. She said when the man wouldn’t stop cursing and officer Greg Roussie asked him to calm down he refused to do so and told him to go ahead and arrest him.

Thefts

24 Kingspark Drive: On Oct. 14, Blake Anthony Sowell, 24, of Maumelle told police someone stole two prescription bottles full of Hydrocodone and Xanax that belonged to Jordon Skye Davis, 26, of the same address were stolen from him. Another man in the home, Samuel O. White, 41, of North Little Rock, had an active warrant for his address from Sherwood so White was arrested and transferred to Sherwood.

20710 Arkansas Highway 365: On Oct. 9, Karyn Watkins, Lake Liquor Store manager reported a bad check had been passed in the amount of $70.04 on a closed bank account.

Incidents

500 Union Court: On Oct. 11, Darrain L. Anderson, 27, of Maumelle told police he went outside on Oct. 11 and found all four tires on his 2004 Buick Park Avenue flat. The car was repossessed later that day by Discount Auto and the dealership alleged Anderson damaged his own tires.
