Incidents reported to Maumelle police through Feb. 28:

Arkansas Highway 365 North: On Feb. 23, Bogar Eduardo Franco, 20, of Maumelle was arrested at Wholesale America and charged with DWI, reckless driving, no driver’s license and speeding. Officer Sterling Pruitt said he saw a 2001 Toyota Corolla driving on Maumelle Boulevard at a high rate of speed and clocked him at 80 mph near Odom Boulevard North. After barely missing a collision, the vehicle drove onto the island between the lanes of Arkansas 365 and Pruitt said the driver had “bloodshot, watery eyes and smelled of intoxicants. After failing a field sobriety test the driver registered 0.119 on a Breathalyzer test.

Arkansas Highway 365 North: On Feb. 23,Aaron Daves, 23, of Vilonia was arrested at the Phillips 66 station and charged with possession of a controlled substance and for having a headlight out. Officer Jeremy Newlin, Jr., said he found 3.3 grams of marijuana inside the 1995 Toyota Camry.

Arkansas Highway 365 North: On Feb. 23, Robert L. Dukes, 45, of Conway was arrested and charged with DWI, refusal to submit, driving on a suspended license and driving without headlights. Sgt Dustin Ivey said he saw the 1997 Dodge Neon enter Arkansas 365 from the Shell Station without any headlights or taillights on at 8:13 p.m. Ivey said he could smell a strong odor of intoxicants and the driver had “bloodshot eyes.” Dukes failed field sobriety tests but refused to take a Breathalyzer test.

20605 Arkansas Highway 365 North: On Feb. 23, Christian Amhad Russ, 19, of Sherwood was arrested and charged with being a minor in possession of alcohol after a chase ended at the Gables Apartments and officers approached the vehicle with their guns drawn because the driver would not stop. After telling police he had nothing to drink, Russ registered 0.036 blood alcohol count on a Breathalyzer test.

600 Millwood Circle: On Feb. 24, Samuel James Bishop, 29, of Sherwood was arrested and charged with public intoxication after police said they found him in the woods following a report of a possible home invasion. The Jeep he was driving was stuck on some logs on a dirt road, Officer Jeremy Newlin said.

119 Carnahan Drive: ON Feb. 24, Jeffery Lamar Clark, 25, of North Little Rock was arrested and charged with driving on a revoked driver’s license, improper use of registration, no liability insurance and operation of a vehicle without license plates after a traffic stop.

2002 Murphy Drive: On Feb. 23, Mary Gwen Bowen, 41, of Maumelle was arrested and charged with failure to appear after North Little Rock officers arrested her and brought her to Maumelle for the outstanding warrant.

20605 Arkansas Highway 365 North: On Feb. 23, Aaron Keith Lowe, 19, of Little Rock was arrested and charged with fleeing, underage DUI, refusal to submit, resisting arrest, driving on a revoked driver’s license and careless and prohibitive driving after officers responded to McDonald’s after a call about an alleged intoxicated driver there.

101 Bringler Drive: On Feb. 26, Cesar Rodolfo Hernandez, 33, of Jacksonville was arrested and charged with disregarding a stop and go light, no driver’s license and no liability insurance after Lt. Michael Wilson stopped his vehicle.

200 Millwood Circle: On Feb 28, Cody Allen Cardin, 23, of Greenbrier was arrested and charged with two felony counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal use of a prohibited weapon and not using a signal for turning after Sgt. Dustin Ivey said he saw the 2007 Chevrolet Silverado pulling into different apartment complexes. A search of the vehicle turned up syringes, scales, meth pipes and a set of metal knuckles.

200 Millwood Circle: On Feb 28, Christian Jarrod Cote, 23, of Greenbrier was also arrested in the same traffic stop as above and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

200 Millwood Circle: On Feb 28, Dannielle Renae Carney, 23, of Maumelle was also arrested in the same incident above and charged with both a felony and misdemeanor charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine and cocaine with purpose of selling and two more misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance. Sgt. Dustin Ivey said he found 2.9 grams of the amphetamines and methamphetamines, 2 Alprazolam pills and one-half unit of Xanax pills.

200 Millwood Circle: On Feb 28, Erich Russell Puckett, 22, of Conway was also arrested in the same incident above and charged with a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia and a felony count for possession of drug paraphernalia.
