The accident happened around noon on Feb. 2 near the Blue Hill Community while Pogue was driving his Oak Grove Command vehicle, a SUV.

A trust fund to assist the chief’s family s has been set up as a charitable organization at First Arkansas Bank and Trust, she said. It is called the Randy Pogue Benevolent Fund account number 67293932.
