Students can register in the Campus Center on Pulaski Tech’s Main campus at 3000 West Scenic Drive in North Little Rock or at the Little Rock-South site at 13000 Interstate 30. The hours are 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, and 8:30 a.m.-6 p.m. on Tuesdays.
First-time college students must apply and submit all required documents by Aug. 6. New students will meet with an academic advisor for course selection and registration after the admissions process is complete. New college students and transfer students also are required to complete an online student orientation.
Students registering must have submitted a signed financial aid award letter, paid in full or established a payment plan by Aug. 14.
Students who have never attended college must meet minimum reading scores on the ACT or COMPASS assessment. The college offers an online COMPASS preparation course and administers the COMPASS test on a walk-in basis.
The COMPASS test is administered in the Campus Center Room 240 on the Main campus in North Little Rock every Tuesday from 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.; every Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; and on the first Saturday of each month from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday testing will be available July 12 and Aug. 2 prior to the start of the fall semester. The COMPASS also is administered at the Little Rock-South site on Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
