The non-profit “Counting on Each Other” Inc is once again sponsoring the Maumelle Senior Wellness Center Dental Program.
The mission of CEO, Inc is to support the goals of senior wellness center and to advocate, through community outreach, the physical and mental well-being of the seniors in the community.
CEO, Inc is funding the dental program with two fundraisers, Shred-It, on Sept. 13 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Bank of the Ozarks and “Tiques and Fleas” on Oct. 10 and 11 from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. both days at the Jess Odom Community Center.
Members of the senior wellness center may come either Wednesday, Sept. 24 or Wednesday, Oct. 1 between 9:30-10:30 am for the sign-up.
These dates will be the only time members will be able to sign-up for the program. Members must bring proof of income with them the day of sign-up. Proof of income must be July and August bank statements or income statement from Social Security for 2014.
Examples of qualifying income are, a household of one with no more income than $1,458 a month or a household of two with no more that $1,966 a month. Without proof of income members will not be allowed to sign up.
