Nov. 22

Meagen Rogers, 23, of Sherwood was arrested on charges of DWI First Offense and driving left of center after police saw a red Mustang headed southbound along the 2200 block of John Harden Drive which crossed the median line with two sets of tires.

Michael Clark, 51, of Little Rock was arrested on charges of DWI First, no proof of insurance, no vehicle license and failure to signal turn after police observed him traveling southbound on J.P. White Drive, turn into Ace Liquor, and did not use his turn signal.

Nov. 23

Krystle Thomas, 27, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended license and obstructing governmental operations after police responded to 1014 Towering Oaks in reference to a hit-and-run accident.

Odell Gilkey, 59, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of first-degree terroristic threatening after police were dispatched to 512 Warren ST. in reference to a criminal trespass complaint.

Nov. 24

Delottai Davis, 22, of Little Rock was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana after police were traveling southbound along the 600 block of Graham Road and saw a black passenger car in front of him headed westbound over the center line.

Amber Whitford, 28, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after police responded to 1320 Plummer St., Apt. 26, in reference to a domestic disturbance.

Myron Williams, 23, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of aggravated assault on a family or household member after police responded to 1604 Jordan Lane in reference to an aggravated assault.

Anthony Womack, 43, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of obstructing governmental operations and driving with a suspended license after police performed a traffic stop involving a silver 2003 Pontiac Grand Am. The arrest came after officers received a driver’s license that did not match the driver.

Kyle Terry, 19, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana after police stopped someone driving a black passenger car that cross the median line along the 300 block of West Main Street.

Keith Mosby, 19, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana after police stopped someone driving a black passenger car that cross the median line along the 300 block of West Main Street.

Johnny Thompson Jr., 30, of North Little Rock was arrested on charges of no seat belt, driving with a suspended license, obstructing government operations and theft/loss/mislaid property after police stopped the vehicle he was driving along the 100 block of South Jeff Davis Street because the driver was not wearing his seat belt.

Carl Rice, 41, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of DWI Second Offense and speeding after police stopped his vehicle when they were running radar along the 400 Dupree Drive and determined he was driving 40 mph in a 25 mph zone.

Nov. 25

William Surber, 58, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after police responded to Oxford Inn Apartments in response to a report of a landlord disturbance.

Nov. 26

Tommy Shine, 25 of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of license to be carried and exhibited on demand and failure to obtain tags within a 30-day period after police observed a white passenger car with an out-of-date temporary plate along the 400 block of South James Street.

Linda Veloz, 25, of Springdale was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after police responded to a trespassing report at 1008 Highland Drive.

Devin Sullivan, 18, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of DWI Second, fictitious tags, possession, and driving with a license suspended for DWI after police responded to the 1400 block of West Main Street in reference to a possibly intoxicated driver. He also was arrested on charges of no proof of insurance, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal use of prohibited weapons.

Nov. 27

Bronson Britt, 24, of Cabot was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana after police responded to 400 Vandenberg St. at the request of the Little Rock Air Force Base who said a private contractor was employing people there who had several people smoking marijuana.

Nov. 28

Christopher Johns, 44, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of third-degree assault on a family member and interference with emergency communication after police responded to 2213 Linda Lane, Apt. 5, in reference to a 911 hang-up call where a female was crying and then the phone disconnected.

Sherry Easter, 38, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police were dispatched to Knight’s Grocery St., 315 S. James St., in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

Sonya Owen, 20, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of third-degree domestic battery after police responded to 1508 Stamps St. when someone said she struck her twice with a stick.

Eugenia Parker, 23, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of non-financial identity fraud, no driver’s license, no proof of insurance and unsafe driving after police received a report from her sister, Cierra Parker, who used her name in a traffic accident.

Justine Gainey, 21, of Cabot was arrested on charges of possession with the purpose to deliver (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia after police stopped someone driving a Lexus at 209 Poplar St. after the driver failed to use their turn signal.

Sherry Easter, 38, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police were dispatched to Knight’s Grocery St., 315 S. James St., in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

Nov. 29

Robert Munns Jr., 26, of North Little Rock was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) with the purpose to deliver after police observed him driving eastbound along the 100 block of Veterans Circle and he was not wearing his seat belt.

Darnell Beck, 43, of Little Rock was arrested on a charge of public intoxication after police responded to 700 Poplar St. in reference to two possibly intoxicated persons arguing in a parking lot.

Stanford Brown, 49, of North Little Rock was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and obstructing government operations after police performed a traffic stop along the 9000 block of South Highway 161 because the driver had a defective headlight.

Lekeshia Flowers, 29, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police were told by loss prevention specialists at the Wal-Mart Supercenter of a shoplifter in custody.

John Story II, 35, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of theft by receiving police ran a computer check and determined that the license plate he had on his motorcycle had been reported stolen.
