Nov. 16

Terek Tyler, 30, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of aggravated assault on a family member or household member, reckless driving and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle after police responded to 116 Dove St. in reference to a report of an aggravated assault that took place at 105 Finch St.

Steve Brown, 58, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of DWI, terroristic threatening, reckless driving and refusal to submit to a chemical test after police observed a vehicle in front of them that swerved to the right to avoid being hit head on by a van traveling northbound in the southbound lane along the 900 block of South JP Wright Loop Road.

Robert Young, 30, of Batesville was arrested on charges of theft of property (shoplifting), possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia after police responded to a call of a shoplifter in custody at the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive.

Nov. 17

Koty Walker, 26, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of Third DWI after police responded to 1809 N. First St. (Taco Bell) in reference to a driver that was passed out in his truck in the drive thru.

Stephanie Lynch, 45, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of shoplifting (theft of property) after police responded to a report of a shoplifter at the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive.

Nathan Bristow, 23, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) after police observed someone driving a white Ford Ranger without brake lights along the 1600 block of South J.P. White Loop Road.

John Evans III, 22, of Marianna was arrested on a charge of obstructing government operations after police observed someone driving a 2001 Lincoln vehicle with a defective headlight along the 1800 block of West Main Street.

Jordan Allen, 23, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of aggravated assault, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle and driving on a suspended license after police responded to 147 Pike Ave. in reference to someone driving through a yard. He also was arrested on charges of careless/prohibited driving and no proof of insurance.

Nov. 18

Zachery Gray, 21, of Paris was arrested on a charge of first-degree criminal mischief after police responded to 1 Dupree Park in reference to a suspicious incident. Dispatchers told police there were two vehicles mudding in the soccer fields.

Kimberly Lawson, 33, of Little Rock was arrested on charges of possession of firearms by certain persons and terroristic threatening (D Felony) after police responded to 213 Heritage St. because of someone making threats involving a weapon.

Nov. 19

Roderick Maxwell, 25, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of third-degree domestic battery and assault on a family member after police responded to 2105 Hamilton Road Lot 11 in reference to a physical disturbance.

Chad Walton, 29, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of third-degree domestic battery, disorderly conduct and obstruction after police responded to 135 Central Ave. in reference to a welfare check on an individual who was involved in a domestic disturbance.

Nov. 20

Jason Love, 30, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police were dispatched to Knight’s Grocery, 315 S. James St., in reference to a shoplifting in progress.

Saquanna Staten, 24, of Sherwood was arrested on charges of obstructing governmental operations and driving with a suspended license after police observed someone driving a Chevrolet Blazer turn right onto Woodbriar Lane from Military Road without using the right turn signal.

Nov. 21

Arthur Hodum, 41, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance with the purpose to deliver (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia (for use with methamphetamine) and possession of a controlled substance. The arrest came after police saw the car he was driving veer left of center in the northbound lane along the 300 block of South James Street.

Joyce Williams, 45, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of public intoxication after police responded to the 700 block of South Road Street due to receiving the report of an intoxicated person walking in the roadway.

Tony Phillips, 21, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police were dispatched to the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 2000 John Harden Drive, in reference to a shoplifter in custody after a loss prevention officer observed him take $47.70 worth of merchandise past the point of sale without paying for it.

Bradley Seiter, 34, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine with the purpose to deliver, possession of marijuana with the purpose to deliver, possession of a Schedule IV substance with the purpose to deliver and maintaining a drug premises within 1,000 feet of a church. The arrest took police after detectives came into contact with him at 3102 Harden Drive Lot 3. Police were advised of narcotic activity taking place in the area. He also was arrested on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Claude Smith, 19, of Lonoke was arrested on a charge of first-degree criminal mischief after he told police he stole the drain gate from 500 Northgate Street that caused $2,500 worth of damage to a vehicle.

Jimmie Cobb, 58, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of second-degree assault on a family or household member after police responded to 700 Poplar St. in reference to a domestic disturbance.
