Jan. 5

Mercedes Rhone, 33, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of third-degree domestic battery after police responded to 300 Marshall Road, Apt. 56, in reference to a domestic disturbance that was physical.

Jan. 7

Mark Kimbrough, 31 of Clarksville was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after police were called to the Econ Lodge, 2255 John Harden Drive, to assist with a disturbance.

Melissa Cannon, 34, of Mayflower was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, theft by receiving and fictitious tags after police ran a license plate check on the vehicle driving on John Harden Drive and determined it had been reported stolen out of Conway.

John Davis, 35, of Benton was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after police did a license plate check while the vehicle was on John Harden Drive and determined it had been reported stolen out of Conway.

Kristopher Turner, 25, of Little Rock was arrested on charges of obstructing governmental operations and driving with a suspended license after police determined the vehicle he was driving along the 400 block of Trickery Lane had a glaring passenger side brake light.

Tanisha Owens, 18, of North Little Rock was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after police stopped the vehicle along the 400 block of Trickery Lane because it had a glaring brake light.

Jan. 8

Kurtis Thomas, 28, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of aggravated robbery, residential burglary, possession of firearms by certain persons and first-degree battery and theft of property. The arrests were made after warrants were issued for his arrest. The arrest took place at the Pulaski County Regional Jail.

Aaron Thomas, 23, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of possession of cocaine after police conducted a traffic stop on Silver Loop Road because the vehicle had expired tags.

Erica Carter, 33, of Little Rock was arrested on charges of possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia after police responded to 119 Union St. to assist the serving of an arrest warrant.

Harry Baker, 49, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance with the purpose to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and DWI after police observed he was driving along the 300 block of North Elm Street without using his headlights.
