Dec. 26

Bailey Weathers, 20, of Jacksonville, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana after police observed someone driving a vehicle with a defective right headlight along the 200 block of North Elm Street.

Dec. 27

Donald Stewart, 64, of Jacksonville, was arrested on a charge of third-degree domestic battery after police were dispatched to 107 Roosevelt Road in reference to a physical disturbance.

Dec. 28

Quartez Williams, 21, of North Little Rock, was arrested on charges of possession of firearm by certain persons, possession of defaced firearm, possession of a controlled substance, obstruction of governmental operations, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended driver’s license after police observed someone driving a 2011 Nissan Versa along the 400 block of North First Street with a broken right brake light.

Lee Goins, 47, of Jacksonville, was arrested on charges of no vehicle license, two counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia after police conducted a traffic stop on South Loop Road because the license plate was not being displayed.

Billy Langdon, 37, of Jacksonville, was arrested on a charge of residential burglary after police responded to 1911-B Graham Road in reference to a man entering the garage and taking items.

Richard Sims, 42, of Jacksonville, was arrested on a charge of obstruction of government operations after police conducted a traffic stop at 221 Lonsdale Circle and asked the driver for his license.

Shelley Miller, 52, of Jacksonville, was arrested on a charge of third-degree assault on a family member after police responded to 304 Noble Road in reference to a domestic disturbance.

Dec. 29

Demetrius McKinney, 24, of Jacksonville, was arrested on a charge of obstruction of government operations when he would not tell police his name at 119 Wilson Street.

Jan. 1

Stephanie Watson, 29, of Jacksonville, was arrested on charges of obstruction of governmental operations and possession of a controlled substance after police conducted a traffic stop at 713 South Highway 161.
