Dec. 9

Marteze Brooks, 18, of North Little Rock was arrested on a charge of third-degree domestic assault on a pregnant woman after police responded to 304 Meadows Drive in reference to a domestic disturbance.

Crystal Hardy, 34, of Shreveport, La., was arrested on charges of DWI and refusing to submit to a chemical test after police responded to 1008 S. James St. in reference to a report of a woman driving up and down the street.

Brianne Hayes, 19, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of aggravated assault on a family or household member after police responded to 2000 John Harden Drive in reference to a possible physical disturbance.

Dec. 12

John Sanders, 42, of North Little Rock was arrested on charges of possession of cocaine with the purpose to deliver, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after police were patrolling the 3700 block of North First Street and saw someone not wearing their seat belt as they were driving.

Dec. 14

Jeffery Diamond, 46, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of DWI after police were conducting a DWI checkpoint along the 2200 block of J.P. Wright Loop Road.

Dec. 15

Stacey Rettstatt, 37, of Jacksonville was arrested on charge of obstructing governmental operations as police were conducting a DWI checkpoint along the 1700 block of Redmond Road.

Dec. 16

Brad Ward, 38, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of terroristic threatening after police responded to a report of threatening at a Taylor Road residence.

Donna Elmuhor, 51, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of DWI Second Offense and DWI refusal to submit after police stopped his vehicle on South First Street because it had a defective headlight.

Cardenas Gulley, 44, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of DWI intoxicants after police were working a DWI sobriety checkpoint at the 8200 block of Highway 161.

Dec. 17

Justin Gillam, 26, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of third-degree domestic battery after police were dispatched to 218 Bellvue Circle Apt. B in reference to a domestic disturbance.
