Oct. 28

Markarius Glenn, 21, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana after police saw his vehicle on south Highway 161. He told police he was having car trouble. After police did a background check on his vehicle, it was determined it was not his car.

Jacueline Polk, 38, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police were called to the Dollar General store on General Samuels Road in reference to a report of a shoplifter in custody.

Michael Mathews, 32, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of assault on a family or household member after police responded to Lakeside Estates, 2613 E. Coffelt Road,in regards to a disturbance.

Michael Cooper, 23, of Little Rock was arrested on a charge of DWI after police observed a blue Ford Focus on Military Road applying the brakes multiple times.

Sept. 29

Lawrence Pendarvis Jr., 20, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of terroristic threatening (felony) and third-degree domestic assault after police responded to 115 Daryl Court in regards to a report of a domestic disturbance.

Antonio Godinez Jr., 28, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of first-degree battery after police were called to North Metro Hospital after he said he had been struck with a bat.

Oct. 3

Aveonne Best, 18, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after police saw her walk in the middle of the road on Galloway Circle.

Matthew Fischer, 19, of Jacksonville was arrested on two counts of theft by receiving, second-degree forgery and theft by deception in reference to a person trying to cash a stolen check at Arkansas First Bank and Trust.

Oct. 4

Caneisha Ephriam, 20 of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of third-degree battery after police were dispatched to the area of the 1600 block of Southeastern Drive in regards to a physical domestic disturbance taking place in the driveway.

David Simbler, 30, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of DWI and careless/prohibited driving after police responded to 117 Union St. in reference to an accident.

Courtney Walker, 36, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of first-degree forgery, theft by receiving, driver’s license suspended and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle after police received a report she was possibly driving a vehicle on Raney Place reported stolen out of Jacksonville.

Oct. 10

Terrance Yelder, 18, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of criminal trespass after police conducted an investigation at Lakeside Estates, 2613 E. Coffelt Road.

Michael Pierce, 55, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of terroristic threatening and violation of a no contact order after police were dispatched to 133 Central Ave. in reference to a report of terroristic threatening.
