Sept. 26

Stephen Winkler, 34, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of driving left of center, driving with a suspended license, DWI, and refusal to submit. The arrest came after police saw him driving left of center along the 2700 block of West Main Street.

Latoya Jones, 27, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of criminal impersonation after police observed someone driving a white SUV fail to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of School Street and Highway 161 South.

Rachel McEntire, 23, of Lonoke was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance after police conducted a traffic stop on a white Pontiac parked in a handicapped space at 2216 N. First St.

Patrick Hermstein, 31, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of arson after city police and firefighters responded to 2103 Hamilton Road Lot 2 in reference to a structural fire.

Hector Morales, 44, of Romance was arrested on a charge of second-degree endangering the welfare of a minor, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, speeding, driving license suspended and driving left of center after police saw him speeding along the 3000 block of North First Street.

Brittany Morton, 25, of Romance was arrested on a charge of second-degree endangering the welfare of a minor after police saw her vehicle speeding along the 3000 block of North First Street.

Cedijah Peoples, 19, of Jacksonville was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after police conducted a traffic stop at 2215 N. First St.

Sept. 28

Jacueline Polk of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of theft of property (shoplifting) after police responded to Dollar General, 380 S. James St., in reference to a shoplifter in custody.

Michael Matthews, 32, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of assault on a family member after police responded to Lakeside Estates, 2613 E. Coffelt Road, in reference to a disturbance.

Markarius Glenn, 21, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana after police saw someone having car trouble at 7000 South 161.

Kenneth Lloyd, 23, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of arson after city police and firefighters responded to 2103 Hamilton Road Lot 3 in reference to a structural fire.

Adam Owers, 21, of Jacksonville was arrested on a charge of arson after city police and firefighters responded to 2103 Hamilton Road Lot 3 in reference to a structural fire.
